Base Plate dental Wax

1. For primary impression in edentulous cases before preparing special tray;
2. Baseplate wax is used mainly for making occlusion rims and for holding artificial teeth to baseplates during the fabrication of dentures;
3. Two kinds: soft wax for normal using; hard wax for Summer using.

Beeswax grain

1. Low shrinkage, good flow ability, fast coagulation, high smoothness on the mold surface, all contributing to high product precision;
2. Good plasticity, high strength, valid for recycled use, stable performance and strong anti-aging ability;
3. Brand new material, and can be used for titanium alloy molds making;
4. Small expansion with even and stable performance after being heated, making it not easy to break the mold;

Dental Edge Wax

Specialized engraving wax disc for dental CAD/CAM system, wax crown bridge, lost wax casting, engraving and cutting wax.

1. Excellent adhesion to the die stone;
2. Great machinable feature for smooth contouring on the die;
3. High melting temperature so it will not be affected or distort when other waxes are applied over it;
4. Color: pure porcelain white, blue, light beige;

Dental wax patten

3. Property: Easy to shape, not bend, burn without residue. Bending highly stable, no deformation and contraction;
4. Use: Wax line is mainly used for the production of wax sprue, exhaust passage, palate, such as a stent wax and then embedding, dewaxing and casting metal.
